If your assignment is ready for review and you would like to get in touch with your client, the tagging feature is one of the best ways to know that your message is being received. Here is a step-by-step on how to do this.
Step 1: Click the assignment you would like help with.
Step 2: Click the Chat Icon in the middle right-hand side.
Step 3: Click the @ symbol and select the user you would like to reach.
Step 4: Type the question or comment followed by ENTER.
