Navigating Between your Agency Account and Client Portal

The ClearVoice Agency Edition allows for two separate views of your account.  

  • The Agency Account: When you're logged in the agency account, you have the complete ability to create and manage client assignments, personas, publications and campaigns. 
  • The Client Portal: Access a client portal by selecting the Enter Account button on the desired client (see below). As this is designed for client use, the financials page is not available. 

Once clients are added, you can get an overview of your client accounts and enter a specific account if needed.  

  1. From the left rail menu, open the Manage tab and select Clients

2. To enter an account, hover over the desired account and click, Enter Account

Entering an account allows you to see only the information specific to that client. This is the portal that client users will access if they're invited to the platform. 

To exit a client portal, select the Return to Agency Account option from the dropdown menu in upper right corner of app.

Keep in mind that only users who have been assigned to a client will be able to enter the account. Non-assigned users will be able to see all clients, but the Enter Account button will not appear unless they are assigned.
