Adding writers from the Talent Agreement to the account

FAQ - Talent Agreements

If a Producer is seeing a writer in customer's Talent Agreement sheet, but cannot find them in the platform, they’ll want to do the following:

  1. Navigate to Talent Network from the left menu in the ClearVoice platform
  2. Search for the writer listed in the Talent Agreement by name
  3. Click Search
  4. Find the writer in the search results
  5. Click Save on that writer's card

The writer will  be saved to the account and the Producer will now be able to dispatch assignments to them. If you have additional questions, please reach out using the chat in the bottom right of this screen.
