We have recently updated our Content Level options

Updated Content Levels

We updated our Content Level options from General > Qualified > Expert and now give options 1 through 5.  Here is a breakdown of the changes:

As you can see, our previous content levels now account for the middle of our new content level offerings (Level 2, 3 and 4).  We now have additional options:

Level 1 Content

  • Common, non-specialized knowledge requirement allows for quicker turnaround on commonly recognized topics

Level 5 Content

  • Must be completed by freelancers with authority on/mastery of/certification in the subject and a high level of technical knowledge; takes longer to find talent and for completion of assignment(s)

Expanding our content levels gives us the ability to have a more nuanced product offering that can better serve our current and future customers' needs.  It also allows us to match Talent more appropriately, and incorporate more of our new talent with customer accounts.
