Assigning the right amount of work to each writer for an account.
Every ClearVoice customer has a Talent Agreement, which includes an “Availability” section. This will show how many pieces a writer is open to take on during any given week or month.
Writers will communicate their weekly availability to a Talent Manager prior to being placed on a project and it will be adjusted based on the account's volume.
Try to ensure each available writer is being utilized throughout the month.
A best practice is to dispatch pieces on a Monday for a Thursday turnaround. That way, editing can start Friday through the following week until the next round of pieces become available.
