How to change your Account Owner

The account owner is the primary individual responsible for overseeing the account, being able to modify the subscription details and update the payment method.

Our priority is to safeguard your account’s security throughout the transition. Our support team will verify both the individual user requesting the ownership change, as well as the proposed new owner. 

Once both verifications are completed successfully, we’ll proceed with the transfer and ensure a smooth transition.
