How will I know when pieces are ready to be dispatched?

Pieces categorized under "Drafts" in the system are still in the process of being crafted or have been finalized and are awaiting dispatch to writers. 

The ClearVoice Talent Team will typically communicate to the Producer directly and provide updates on the readiness of the pieces for dispatch. If you observe draft briefs queued up, we suggest reaching out and confirming their status with the ClearVoice Talent Team through Slack before dispatching them. That ensures all requirements are met and avoids any miscommunication before the piece goes out.
