The payment process, how to view them, and how to change your rate.
PayPal is the ONLY method of payment for ClearVoice freelancers.
As a ClearVoicer, you will always be paid upon assignment approval.
How it works:
- Provide ClearVoice with your PayPal email address at signup.
- Complete and submit an assignment by the due date.
- We encourage editors to review an assignment, request a revision or approve within five business days. Assignments will auto-approve after 14 days of not being approved or requesting a revision.
- The editor approves the assignment.
- ClearVoice immediately releases the payment to your PayPal account.*
- You are notified via email when the assignment is approved.
- If you don't receive payment after 30 days, please contact our team at support@clearvoice.com
*ClearVoice charges a 25% service fee for every assignment.
Viewing your payments:
- Log in.
- Click on the Payments on the left side menu.
- You'll be taken to a list of your payments; use the filters to view a narrowed down list
- Your total revenue and assignments completed will show in the top left of the Payments screen
Adding/updating your PayPal email address:
- Go to your account settings by clicking on your profile image at the top right of your screen.
- Click on Cog Icon
- Scroll down to the field that reads PayPal Email
- After updating, ensure you Save your changes
Changing your rate:
- Navigate to your account settings by clicking on your profile image at the top right of your screen.
- Click on the Financial Settings
- Update the Maximum Price per Word and Minimum Price per Word fields
- After updating, ensure you Save your changes
