The assignment table in your ClearVoice producer account is going to be one of your best friends in this role! Please organize your columns in the following order: Title, Status, Campaign, Due Date, Content Level, and anything else you’d like. This view will allow you to easily identify where you are when it comes to fulfilling your client’s content calendar.
Not seeing these columns in your assignment view? No problem. Click the table icon on the top right-hand side of your assignment view. You’ll see a dropdown menu where you can select the new columns you’d like to add to your table.
Once you set this up, it will remain consistent throughout your engagement as a ClearVoice producer as long as you remain in the same browser (i.e., Chrome, Safari, etc.).
