Objective: To standardize content production timelines for internal ClearVoice teams, clients, producers, and freelancers.

Notes:

• • These numbers do not reflect the time spent on client edits. They speak to the first leg in the process, which is getting the first draft to the client for their initial review. 
  • These days represent calendar days. 
  • Please add an additional day to the writer’s days for any pieces that require an interview.

Publish Date:

• • Please use the following formula to add a publish date to each assignment in the platform:
    • Total Days to Deliver (based on word count) + 16 days (encompasses writer revisions and client 14 day review time)
