Revision requests from clients are very common, and it’s likely that pieces you edit will receive additional feedback to take into consideration once it reaches the client.
A client can send a piece back to a writer for revisions directly. The status will then change to Revision Requested, and the writer will be given 48 hours to complete the necessary changes. If larger revisions are requested, ask the writer how long they expect the revisions to take and let the ClearVoice Team know in Slack to see if accommodations can be made.
You will want to follow up after 48 hours to see that the writer has made requested changes. Please reach out to your Talent Managers if revisions have still not been completed.
