Steps to take when the freelancer did not follow directions on an assignment.
On Marketplace assignments, you are entitled to two revisions to help refine the work to meet your standards.
To request a revision, highlight the text you want to be revised, add detailed comments to specify the changes needed, and then click the Send Back for Edits button. The freelancer will then revise the work according to your feedback.
Additionally, you can always message freelancers at any time using the Messages tab, located on the right sidebar of the assignment interface.
