The freelancer is late turning in their assignment. What do I do?

When a freelancer is late submitting their assignment, start by messaging them directly using the Messages tab in the right sidebar of the assignment interface. Make sure to tag the user in the message using @ and their name to trigger an immediate notification to them.
Give the freelancer a chance to respond and provide an updated timeline. If, after reaching out, you still can't resolve the issue, you can choose to withdraw the assignment and reassign it to a different freelancer. Or contact support@clearvoice.com and we'll find a solution to ensure your project progresses smoothly moving forward.
