Overview
You are a highly experienced content producer, manager, and editorial leader, and we’re excited to welcome you as a Certified Producer! In this role, you will directly supervise and work on editorial projects for ClearVoice managed customers, working with freelancers from the ClearVoice Talent Network. Content produced can include blog posts, white papers, case studies, infographics, and video.
As always, please reach out with questions. As we build out the account and expectations, you can count on a number of helpful resources to make sure you’re successful and comfortable as quickly as possible. You'll be a Producer Pro in no time!
Onboarding Process
There are several steps in the onboarding process. Each of these steps is designed to get you up to speed on the day-to-day tasks of the producer role. In addition to the steps below, you'll be receiving a seven-day series of emails regarding the different functions within the platform and how to navigate in the producer role. The content in the email series includes material that our team will expect you to know moving into the freelance position.
- Step 1: Within the first few emails, you’ll have access to this Producer Manifesto and a Grammar and Spelling Test. A passing score is required to pursue the role.
- Step 2: A call will be set up, via Zoom, to review the expectations of the producer role and give us the opportunity to answer any questions you may have about it.
- Step 3: A second call via Zoom will be scheduled. The purpose of this call is to review account-specific materials and features within the platform you’ll be utilizing.
