Who clicks approve - me or the client?

Approval of assignments once you have completed all revisions and updates

Typically in our process, the client is officially responsible for clicking the approve button on the assignment (unless you are told differently). If the client indicates and writes ‘approved’ in the Messaging tab but hasn't formally approved the piece yet, you can feel free to do so. 

This process ensures that all parties agree on the final submission and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
