Who owns the copyright to the content created in ClearVoice?

When submitting work to a customer, who gets the copyright of the final piece?

Within the ClearVoice platform, all copyright and ownership permissions are reserved for the purchaser of the content.

Once a piece of work is submitted and accepted, the full rights are transferred to the client, ensuring they can use the content as they see fit for their business or personal needs.

This ownership arrangement is clearly defined in our terms here: ClearVoice Talent Network Terms of Service.

It’s important for all users to understand and agree to these terms to ensure smooth operations and legal clarity. If you have any concerns or need further clarification, our support team is ready to assist.
