ClearVoice is home to a symbiotic ecosystem between talent and customers. To maintain a healthy ecosystem, we have created a minimum set of standards.
Talent Network Guidelines
Always

- Be on time
- Be proactive in communicating needs and be responsive
- Ask client for more information if instructions are unclear
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information on your profile
- Be kind and respectful - you are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account
- Use ClearVoice for its intended use: provide written content to organizations through the ClearVoice software
- Submit content to clients through the software in accordance with the due date, instructions, criteria, and standards
- Provide examples that are relevant to your work experience
- Honor confidentiality requests from client
- Disclose all potential conflicts of interest before accepting an assignment
- Give credit and point to sources
- Keep promises to clients and sources
Never

- Impersonate another writer, influencer or entity
- Use ClearVoice as a forum to advertise other services or products
- Plagiarize or repurpose old stories
- Select industries that aren’t indicative of your experience
- Disclose authorship on ghost-written content
- Lie about work experience and/or expertise
- Include trademarked or copywritten material including images or video
- Approach or converse with ClearVoice brands outside the ClearVoice platform
Other

- All intellectual property rights belong to the requester of the content (customers)
- ClearVoice can terminate writer’s access to all or any part of the services at any time with or without cause with or without notice

PLEASE NOTE: Submissions that violate the terms of this agreement shall be rejected and are subject to removal from ClearVoice.
